Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate business info, grant necessary account access, supply required content, and respond promptly to our requests. You are responsible for legal compliance and intellectual property rights for materials you provide.

Payment
You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement. Retainer and project fees are due as specified. Advertising costs are separate from our management fees. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property
You own your pre-existing materials and content we create for you (after full payment). We retain rights to our proprietary tools, methods, and templates.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private.

Limitation of Liability
We strive for great results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. You are responsible for payment up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will return your materials and transfer account access.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication, then mediation, and, if needed, binding arbitration in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Arkansas law.
